2018 Refund Policy

- All requests must be made formally in writing by emailing refunds@eastcountyll.org.

- Refunds may only be requested by a Parent/Guardian of the player being withdrawn.

- A $50 administration fee will be deducted from ALL refunds.

Refund Dates:

Full refunds, less the $50 admin fee, will be returned if a player is withdrawn BEFORE January 1, 2019.

January 1, 2019 until the morning first draft date (January TBD, 2019), only one half of the registration amount that was paid will be returned.

After the first draft is completed there will be NO refunds unless we receive a doctor note or with majority approval of the East County Little League Board of Directors. The board will only consider this in the event of a medical condition where a player is unable to participate in ECLL activities. In this scenario there will still be a $50 administration fee.

Note that by the date of the draft ECLL has had to pay for admin costs, field rentals, equipment, and clinics. After the draft teams are being formed and uniforms are ordered.

Fine Print
For registrations paid by credit card, refunds will be returned to the card used for registration through the online system to the parent/guardian that paid. This may take a 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement. Registrations paid by check or cash will be returned by check mailed within 2 weeks to the address in TeamConnect of the Parents/Guardian of the player being withdrawn. Please specify which parent should be receiving the check and feel free to include your address in the email request for a refund.
