    Handles all aspects of ECLL finances.

  • Keary Sullivan Head Umpire

    Manages all aspects of umpire volunteers. Runs umpire clinics. Umpire scheduling.

  • Shane Kendrick VP - Baseball

    Manages all aspects of ECLL Baseball.  Assists baseball division coordinators with registration, tryouts, draft and seasonal changes or incidents.

  • Tim Caruso VP - Softball

    Handles Softball coach/manager meetings, tryouts and draft.  Softball player changes and any softball occurrences throughout the season.

  • Dave Bell Challenger Coordinator

    Handles all aspects of ECLL Challenger division including registration, scheduling, games and District 4 Jamboree.

  • James Joachim Player Agent - Major/Senior Baseball

    Handles Major/Senior Baseball coach/manager meetings, tryouts and draft.  Major/JR Baseball player changes and any Major/JR baseball occurrences throughout the season.

  • Jerry Martins Player Agent - AA/AAA Baseball

    Handles AA/AAA Baseball coach/manager meetings, tryouts and draft.  AA/AAA Baseball player changes and any AA/AAA baseball occurrences throughout the season.

  • Enrique (Junior) Cerda Lower Division Coordinator (Single A, Farm, Tball)

  • Mike Cutshaw Scheduler

    Handles ECLL game scheduling at Oakley and Laurel Fields.  Assists with interleague scheduling.  

    (Does not provide scheduling for Challenger)

  • Barbie Willmes Uniform Coordinator

    Handles all aspects of ECLL uniforms including ordering, distribution, last minute changes, mid-season changes and All-Stars.

  • Mike Jost Equipment Manager

    Handles ordering, distribution and collection of ECLL league and team equipment.

  • Mike Faria Safety Coordinator

    Orders and distributes safety kits and ice packs for team managers.  Creates ASAP plan. Handles injury reports.

  • Fernando Rostran Oakley Field Maintenance

    Makes sure Oakley field cans are supplied with chalk, bases and tools.  Coordinates field clean up days.

  • Michael Barajas Laurel Field Maintenance

    Makes sure Laurel field cans are stocked with chalk, bases and tools.

  • Michelle Fox Post Season Administrator

    Handles league responsibilities for District including league binders for TOC and All-Stars

  • Jenn Davis Concessions Manager

    Manages Oakley Shack Shack volunteers, ordering and supplies.

  • Lisa Sanchez Fundraising and Events

    Handles ECLL fundraising including Crab Feed, Picture Day, Opening Day, Closing Day, Ports and A's Day and post season community booths.

  • Kailin Martins Events Co-Coordinator

    Assists with all ECLL events including Crab Feed, Picture Day, Opening Day, Closing Day, Ports and A's Day and post season community booths.

  • Mary Taylor Merchandising Manager

    Handles all aspects of ECLL Spirit Wear and merchandising both online and event booths.  Handles designs, orders and distribution.

  • Lisa Sanchez Sponsorship Coordinator

    Handles all aspects of ECLL sponsors.  Keeps organized list of sponsors by team with donation amounts.  Provides team donations.  Works with uniforms for sponsor sleeves.  Works with communications for Facebook and website acknowledgement.  Distributes team plaques and sponsor shirts.

  • Jessica Hopwood Team Parent Coordinator

    Liaison between ECLL and Team Parents. Will answer all team parent questions and leads Team Parent meeting.

    Responds to ECLL info emails. Assists Team Parent Coordinator with parent questions.
