  • Phil Davis President

    EBOARD POSITION - Attends majority of events and league meetings, spends time at games, attends District Board meetings, face of league, helps resolves any major issues.


  • Mike Cutshaw VP - Operations

    EBOARD POSITION - Attend District meetings as needed, majority of events, manages all aspects of ECLL Baseball/Softball operations to make sure practices and games are in order. Maintains relationship with vendors as needed. Field permits, practice scheduling, post season tournaments. Assists VPs as necessary.


  • Tim Caruso VP Baseball & Softball

    EBOARD POSITION - Oversee all baseball & softball managers in all competitive levels.  Attends District meetings as needed.  Coordinates manager and rule meetings and manager/coaching clinics.  Will be lead in any disciplinary actions with managers, with eBoard assistance. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.


  • Michelle Orochena Secretary

    EBOARD POSITION - Manages league calendar, creates board meeting agenda and takes minutes at all board meetings.  Books meeting rooms and coordinates dates for events. Creates league FB events, as needed.  Assists VPOPS and Event Team.  Helps VPOPS with league vendors – garbage pick up or portable toilets.  


  • Chrystal Jost Treasurer

    EBOARD POSITION - Maintains daily accounting for all ECLL monies including receivables, payables and reconciliations. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.


  • Jerry Martins Player Agent - Baseball

    EBOARD POSITION - Looks out for the safety and best interest of the ECLL competitive baseball players.  Leads tryouts and season draft and all-star draft. Works with VP baseball for trades and any team vacancies.  Addresses all parent/player complaints.  Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations. Can help decided and post on RainedOut.


  • Enrique "JR" Cerda Player Agent - Softball

    EBOARD POSITION - Looks out for the safety and best interest of the ECLL competitive softball players.  Leads tryouts and season draft and all-star draft.   • Ray Shaffer Head Umpire

    EBOARD POSITION - Manages umpire team from start to finish, including umpire registration, clinics, scheduling and donations. Eboard position that can make final decisions in difficult situations.


  • Dave Bell VP - Challenger Division

     

    Manages all aspects of challenger division, including registration, communications, scheduling, Challenger Jamboree.  Attends District meetings.

     


  • Travis Eastman Lower Division Coordinator (Single A, Farm, Tball)

    Tball and Farm and A BB – Creates lower division teams and works with managers as needed.  Attends ABB tryouts and draft.  Coordinates lower division manager meetings. Is the go to person for parent issues/complaints in lower division. Will work with VP baseball & softball and baseball player agent as needed.


  • Michael Barajas Laurel Field Manager

    Maintains and fixes fields so they are in playing condition.  Manages field boxes, orders chalk and field tools as needed.   Maintains golf carts, if any.  Manage field clean up at beginning of season.  Manages set up crew and donations. 


  • James Joachim Oakley Field Manager

    Maintains and fixes fields so they are in playing condition.  Manages field boxes, orders chalk and field tools as needed.   Maintains golf carts, if any.  Manage field clean up at beginning of season.  Manages set up crew and donations.


  • Mike Jost Equipment Manager

    Manages all aspects of team equipment, organizes equipment storage shed.  Distribution, collection and mid-year issues.  Provides competitive game balls at each location.


  • Liz Yoast Team Parent Coordinator

    Handle ALL communication with parents. Run team parent meeting at the beginning of year and parent scorekeeper clinic.  Go to persons for all parent questions.


  • Kailin Martins Communications Lead and Events Assistant

    Communications - Responding to ALL Facebook and Info@eastcountyll.org communication. Sort through Info email address and answer questions and/or forward to appropriate person.

    Events - Assists with team to organize and plan ECLL events only that do not have to do with games/practices, including creating flyers, distribution of tickets (if any), on site raffles and plan activities/prizes and marketing the event on FB and by email.  Contacts local businesses for donations for seasonal prizes. 


  • Michelle Cerda & Kelly Van Shaik Snack Shack Managers

    Will work as a team to manage Oakley Snack Shack. Team works together to manage concessions, including but not limited to scheduling teams for volunteer times, shopping for food, opening/closing snack shack. 


  • Kaila Berumen & Lisa Sanchez Event Team Lead

  • Briana Wood Sponsorship

    Manages all aspects of sponsors including spreadsheet tracking, works with uniform coordinator, creates field banners, provides team reimbursement, daily Facebook posting of sponsors, create and distribute sponsorship shirts, works with photographer for sponsorship plaques and handles distribution.  Invites sponsors to have booths ECLL events.


  • Sonia Barragan Uniform Coordinator

    Handles all aspects of ECLL uniforms for both season and post season All-Stars. Including design, ordering, sponsorship coordination, distribution.


  • Mary Taylor Dug Out Store

    Orders, sells and distributes all spirit wear. Responsible for selling spirit wear at all events including, Opening Day, Closing Day, Picture Day, Pitch Hit Run Day, Ports Day.  Set up online sales. Maintains a calendar of onsite sale dates.


  • Philip Arnold Safety

    Safety kits and ice-packs to managers. Handles any injury reports throughout the season. Complete/submit claims for injuries.  Create ASAP plan.


  • Mike Cutshaw Scheduler

    Handles all aspects of ECLL game scheduling.  Posts on ECLL website, TeamConnect and on RainedOut.

    (Does not provide scheduling for Challenger)


  • Mike Faria Umpire in Charge

    Assists Head Umpire, including umpire registration, clinics and ongoing training.


  • Regina Zimmer Post Season Administrator

    Handles all All-Star post season paperwork and information to be distributed to all parents/players/managers.  Creates any All-Star awards, binders, attends District binder check and uploads rosters on Little League portal. 


  • Shane Kendrick Post Season Volunteer Coordinator

    (Playoffs, TOCs, All Stars) – handles all volunteer scheduling (signup genius), updates Post season briefcases.


  • OPEN POSITION Webmaster

    Updates ECLL website with events.
